Hello and Welcome!
We believe that everyone should have the chance to explore the Christian faith, ask honest questions and share their point of view. We gather together in three beautiful buildings to worship God in a range of styles, appealing to people of all ages. We constantly hear of people who have encountered God in fresh ways as God works by his Spirit in this parish. See What's on this week.
We strive to be a church that: is a genuine worshipping community, is relevant and accessible to all, is Christ - centred and community focused, reaching out to others as we live out our faith, is vibrant and joyful, is Spirit - filled and led by God, appreciates both the traditional and contemporary styles of worship. The Parish Church of St.Peter is in the heart of the village of Chalfont St. Peter. In 1708 the medieval church was destroyed by the Tower falling into the nave. A contemporary style church replaced it but was largely altered and extended in the mid 19th century. In the 21st Century a small extension was added providing necessary facilities and making the church accessible and welcoming to those who wish to visit.

St. Paul's is an attractive Victorian Chapel of Ease on the eastern edge of the Parish of Chalfont St. Peter surrounded by a small, secluded burial ground. It seats about 40 people and its small regular congregation looks forward to visitors sharing its services particularly at Christmas and Easter. An adjacent Village Institute provides social facilities on special occasions otherwise the Church lacks mod.cons though there is heat and light.
